Terms of Use
The terms governing access to TubeThumbnail and responsible use of its YouTube thumbnail and channel-image tools.
Using TubeThumbnail
By accessing or using TubeThumbnail, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must use the service only where permitted by the laws and rules that apply to you.
What TubeThumbnail provides
TubeThumbnail provides browser-based utilities for finding, previewing, comparing, analyzing, resizing, and downloading public YouTube imagery. Public tools do not require an account. Optional free accounts can save limited work and access eligible account features. Features may change, become unavailable, or depend on third-party services and public data.
No paid plan or checkout is offered in this version, and the service does not promise uninterrupted availability.
Keep your account secure
You must provide an email address you control, keep your password confidential, and promptly report suspected misuse. Automated or deceptive registration, account farming, verification abuse, and attempts to multiply free quotas are prohibited.
TubeThumbnail may suspend or reject accounts involved in abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or material violations of these terms. Normal legitimate accounts activate through email verification and do not require manual approval.
Saved-work and AI limits
Account features may have published limits, including saved-item and monthly AI allowances. Limits are enforced server-side and may be adjusted to protect service reliability and provider costs. Public deterministic tools remain separate from the optional AI allowance.
Use images lawfully
- Use only content you own, are authorized to use, or may lawfully use.
- Respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, platform, and contractual rights.
- Do not use the service to impersonate others, mislead viewers, facilitate abuse, or violate applicable law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass security, or automate abusive requests against the service.
YouTube images remain third-party content
A thumbnail, profile picture, or channel banner being publicly accessible does not make it free to republish. Rights remain with the relevant creator, owner, or licensor. TubeThumbnail does not grant a licence to third-party content.
YouTube and related names and marks belong to their respective owners. TubeThumbnail is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
No performance guarantee
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. TubeThumbnail does not warrant that every image variant exists, that third-party information is complete, or that technical analysis will predict views, clicks, revenue, or audience response.
Creative suggestions, not predictions
AI Creative Feedback is subjective, may be incomplete or incorrect, and must be evaluated by the user. It does not predict click-through rate, guarantee views, promise ranking, or replace professional, legal, brand, or accessibility review.
Responsibility for outcomes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TubeThumbnail is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business losses resulting from use of or inability to use the service, third-party content, or external services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates to the service or terms
These terms may be updated as the service develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after a published update means the revised terms apply from that point.
