Choose the right size for the image you already have

Crop 1080 × 1080 to 16:9
A full-width 16:9 crop is about 1080 × 608 px. Roughly 236 px is removed from both the top and bottom, so move faces and text toward the center before exporting.
Use 1280 × 720 when speed matters
